Milton Barney, from Detroit, gives notice that he has rented the American Temperance House in Chicago for a term of years. This well-known Hotel has recently undergone extensive alterations and repairs, and is now fitted up in good style. This House is one of the largest in the city, having about one bundred rooma, and is pleasantly located on Lake street, on high and sandy soil, near the Lake shore, and is in the immediate vicinity of the principal steam boat landinge, which will make it a deeirable seit. ing place for travelers and persons of business or leisure.
