A CHANCE FOR A BUSINESS MAN.—The readers of this morning’s Tribune wIll observe, by perusing our new advertisements, that H. W. Landreth, one of our old citizens, is desirous of parting with his hardware business, and retiring. He offers his stock for sale and his store for rent. The location is a good one, being on the corner of Clark and Monroe streets, and no doubt an energetic business man can command a large trade at that well known stand.
