IN A NEW PLACE—The extensive Printing Establishment, Stereotype Foundry and Printers Furnishing Warehouse of Sterling P. Rounds, has been removed from Randolph street to new quarters in Laflin’s block just completed on State street between Lake and Randolph, where Mr. Rounds is better settled than ever before for the extensive business his enterprise and energy have built up. The craft throughout the Northwest know him and will find him out in his new “sit.”.

Dissolution. OF COPARTNERSHIP-The firm of Laflin, Butler & Co.
Have this day dissolved by mutual consent. L. Laflin disposing of his imterest to the remaining partners, Geo. H. Laflin, Lycurgus Laflin. Julius W. Butler, Oliver M. Butler.
We have admitted into our new firm, this day, Geo. C. Cochran and Warren O. Tyler, and shall continue the Wholesale Paper business, as before, in all the branches, at the old stand, 42 and 44 State-st.

Herring Safes.
The attention of our readers is directed to the Herring Safe advertisement on our first page. The world renowned and justly celebrated Herring safe had another great and trying test during the great fire on Wabash avenue on Sunday last.
The safe used by Laflin, Butler & Co. was taken yesterday from the ruins, where it had been exposed to an intense heat for fifty hours. When opened all the valuable documeats. papers, books, etc., were found in as perfect a condition and as clean as when they were put in. This safe can be seen at the office of Herring & Co., No. 40 State street. It is one of their patent, and is another triumph for their safe. Messrs. Laflin, Butler & Co. cheerfully bear witness to the superiority of the Herring Safe.

Messrs. Rounds & Kane, of the well-known Printers’ Furnishing House of Chicago, are opening a new branch of the business, that of furnishing ready-made “Insides ” or “Outsides ” for the use of publishers. Their facilities are immense, and their manner of doing business is such that they never fail of giving satisfaction to their customers.
