A block of two marble front stores and offices for Messrs. Henry and Albert Keep, on South Clark street, four stories high, each 24×90 feet; cost $28,000.

A fine block of two dwellings, for Messrs. H. & A. Keeps, on Michigan avenue (sic), pressed brick fronts and sides, with rich stone trimmings. The fronts are double, with centre doors to each, and rooms on either side of the centre halls, very commodious apartments on the main floor for the parlors, sitting, dining and family rooms, with every modern convenience. The chambers are commodious and well supplied The Chambers are commodious and well supplied with closets, dressing rooms and thorough ventilation. The basement will be used for heating and store room. There will be a large attic also. Both buildings will be heated by steam, and finished off in a thoroughly modern Italian style. Total cost, $40,000.
