Plans for the building have been drawn by Perkins, Fellows & Hamilton, architects. They call for a three story structure, 264 by 246 feet. It includes an auditorium to seat 1,000 persons, a gymnasium, dining hall, swimming tank, business offices, dispensary, rooms for educational classes, and so forth.

Another illustration of the development of the north side district for business and professional purposes is the building now nearing completion for the occupancy of Perkins, Fellows & Hamilton, architects, at 814 Tower court, opposite the waterworks tower.
In addition to large reception rooms, private offices, drafting room, library and file room, etc., there will be a garage for the convenience of the occupants and their clients.
