New Dearborn St. Manufacturing Building.
The Franklin company bulling at 720-734 South Dearborn street, near Harrison street, will represent the highest type of the modern light manufacturing building. It combine an attractive exterior with every possible business convenience in its interior arrangement.
It will be twelve stories high, of reinforced concrete steel, fireproof construction and will have a frontage of 123½ feet on Dearborn and Federal streets, with a depth of 62½ feet between the two streets.
Greenebaum Sons Bank and Trust company, in connection with Albert L. Strauss, have negotiated a 6 per cent serial bond issue loan of $200,000 on the building and leasehold interest.
