In accordance with the terms of an agreement entered into between F. M. Gray of Niles, Mich. and the Moser Paper company. Mr. Gray will erect a nine story and basement building at 111 to 119 Plymouth place, the entire structure to be leased to the paper concern for a term of twenty years at an annual rental of $22,000 in addition to all taxes and assessments.
Mr. Gray owns 128×100 feet at the numbers mentioned and the building will occupy the entire lot. It is to be of re-enforced concrete construction with a floor load capacity of not less than 250 pounds to the square foot, and will be ready for occupancy Jan. 1, 1910. It will cost around $150,000, the rental being based on 4 per cent of a front foot valuation of $2,000 for the ground and 8 per cent on the cost of the building.
