At the wedding of Miss Florence Grey. daughter of Mr. W. L. Grey, 2010 Prairie avenue, and Mr. Julian Mason, which will take place Monday afternoon, June 1, at the home of the bride, Miss Grey will be attended by Mrs. Philip W. Hamill, while Mr. Mason will have Mr. Walter C. Grey. the bride’s brother, as his best man. The ceremony will be performed by the Rev. J. Archibald Morison of the First Presbyterian church.

WILLIAM LEWIS GREY, one of the ploneer leather merchants in Chicago, died yesterday at 2010 Prairie avenue. He was born in Buffalo, N. Y., Dec. 4, 1833. Coming to Chicago in April, 1850, he entered the leather business with his brother, Charles F. Grey of Evanston, who survives him. From this start he built up the wholesale leather and tanning firm of Gray, Clark & Engle, a partnership which included John M. Clark and Augustus Engle. He retired from active business seven years ago. Mr. Grey was founder and director of the Hide and Leather bank, afterwards merged into the First National. In 1859 he married the late Sarah A. Dellenbaugh, and is survived.by a son, Walter C. Grey, and two daughters, Mrs. H. H. Reuse of London, England, and Mrs. Julian S. Mason.
